The Bloody Report

The last quest, Remains of the Ancients: inside the ruins, kill Grand Master Hector (level 200) — the false Hector — to obtain the Bloody Report, then bring it back to the real Hector, in the City of Ruins. This marks the culmination of the questline, and full access to the ancient ruins.
